1. How to redeem this voucher?

   As soon as you place the order, you will receive an email from Thrillophilia listing your order summary. Within a 24 hours, our staff will confirm your booking and you will receive a confirmation email containing your vouchers. The email will also have instructions on how to redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed by presenting a digital copy or hard copy to the driver at the time of pick up.
   
   Please note that it is valid only at the date and time specified on it. You will be contacted by our operator after the booking to confirm the pick-up time and location. When the driver arrives at the location, please present a copy of the voucher to him to redeem it. Also, make sure that you reach the location ten minutes before the scheduled time.

   No child seats or baby capsules will be available for the people who are travelling with infants or babies. You will have to seat the baby in your lap.

   Yes, there are extra charges on travelling to and from Colombo airport. A surcharge of INR 1390/USD 20 per wagon will be payable if your pick-up or drop off location is the airport.
