    1. How to redeem this voucher?

      As soon as you place the order, you will receive an email from Thrillophilia listing your order summary. Within a few minutes, our staff will confirm your booking and you will receive a confirmation email containing your vouchers. The email will also have instructions on how to redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed by presenting a digital copy or hard copy to the driver at the time of pick up.

      Please note that it is valid only at the date and time specified on it. You will be contacted by our operator after the booking to confirm the pick-up time and location. When the driver arrives at the location, please present a copy of the voucher to him to redeem it. Also, make sure that you reach the location ten minutes before the scheduled time.

    2. How much time it will take to reach Galle from Colombo?

      It will take you two and a half hours to reach from Colombo to Galle by car. However, there may be some delay in pick-up due to unforeseeable circumstances. If you choose to travel during peak hours, it may take longer than 2.5 hours to reach your destination, in such cases, we request you to be patient.

      Yes, all our staff is highly experienced and professional. The drivers are well versed in English and adept at traversing the roads of Colombo.

    4. How many people can travel in it at once?

      If you are travelling Colombo to Galle by car like Toyota Axio, Prius Hybrid, Premio, Honda Fit Shuttle or similar vehicles, a maximum of 3 people will seat for maximum comfort and fit in the luggage. A mini-van like Toyota KDH or Nissan Caravan can seat 4-7 people comfortable and fir 6 standard pieces of luggage. If you are going to be travelling with a larger group, please book a mini-van.

    5. Is there any child seat in the vehicle?

      No child seats or baby capsules will be available for the people who are travelling with infants, babies and small children. You will have to seat the baby in your lap.

    6. Is there any extra charge for pick up/drop off to/from Colombo airport?

      Yes, there are extra charges on travelling to and from Colombo airport. A surcharge of INR 1390/USD 20 per wagon will be payable if your pick-up or drop off location is the airport.
