Camping At Bir With Paragliding

The campsite is one of its kind owing to the stunning location. Unravel yourself through this theme based camping experience in full wilderness. Camp location is secluded away from town, surrounded by Oak, Rhododendron and Devdara forest.Get welcomed by the friendly hosts and indulge yourself in the several outdoor games available at the site.

In the evening a guide will take you for a short hike to the sunset point. After the sunset, come back to the campsite and enjoy the bonfire along with the other fellow campers or else choose to stargaze amidst the quietness of the surrounding. The stay is facilitated with dome or bell tents which comes with common washroom facility. All the basic amenities are available at the campsite like power backup, parking space, 24 hours running water supply.

Checkout from the campsite after your breakfast on day 2 and head towards the paragliding point in a shared vehicle. After a quick briefing session by instructors about the activity a group of professionals help gliders get adjusted onto the para glider. Once that's done, the fun begins! The experience of flying amidst Himalayan slopes, the picturesque view of the Bir valley below and cool breeze brushing against gliders makes for a thrilling adventure.

The campsite is around 4 km away from Bir Bus Stop. Either public or private transportation can be availed to reach the location.
