A separate cottage with three bedrooms (two with balconies) set within a private walled garden with a plunge pool and deep verandah, the dining pavilion is perfect for a cozy and intimate stay. Each of the rooms has marble bathrooms with separate bathtubs, double/twin beds, seating arrangements, air-conditioning and an electric kettle. The room on the ground floor has a french window opening into the cottage garden.

We booked the Cottage Suite of the Bujera Fort for a weekend with Thrillophilia for its best price. It was a great escape from the city’s life with good food, fresh ambiance, beautiful surroundings, and fun-filled activities.

Great booking process with Thrillophilia, helpful customer support and expert team. Kudos on that. The fort is set in an amazing property, has an incredible staff and management and delicious food. There is one thing that I would like to mention, and that is the fact they always take care of everyone’s tastes and preferences and go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect. Overall, a very good stay.

Bujera Fort Udaipur Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Any booking rescheduling in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Thrillophilia reserves the right to cancel a booking in event of unforeseen situation, covid threat and guests safety reasons.

Any booking cancellations in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the travelers may opt for alternate dates or refund.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
