The rider must submit the copy of driving license at the time of vehicle pickup.
The displayed price is for one day.
At the time of pick up of vehicle, a copy of ID proof (Voter ID/Aadhaar Card/Passport) of the rider need to be submitted.
The minimum age criteria for renting a vehicle is 18 years old.
International customers need to submit a copy of their passport and international driving license.
Only 1 complimentary helmet will be provided.
Fuel charges are not included. Sufficient fuel will be provided with the vehicle to reach the nearest Petrol station.

Note that riding under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited.
A 2nd helmet is available on request and will incur an additional charge.

Cash Refunds: Once initiated, usually take around 3-5 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.
