Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

How to reach Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa from the nearest airport?

If you are coming by bus, get down at the bus stop and take a city bus or taxi, which will drop you off close to the Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa. Another transport that is available to take you to the resort is the boat. The boat leaves from the river side near the end of Raj Bhawan Gardens. If you are arriving around 4 pm, do not expect to get on the boat as it leaves at around 4:45 pm. If you are arriving by train or flight, there is no need to worry as there are many modes of transportation available like a cab or taxi which can take you close enough to reach the resort.
