In case of exceeding KM limit INR 16/km will be charged for Sedan and INR 20/km will be charged for an SUV.
Additional charges are applicable if KMS/ duration of hrs is exceeded.
After 5:00 PM INR 160/hr will be the additional charge for the Sedan and INR 200/hr an SUV.
The tour charges are valid for 8 hours and an 80 km distance exceeding which, you will have to pay additional charges directly to the operator.
Entry tickets of the attractions are not included in the package.
Transport facility is included.
Meals are not included in the package.
The activity is open for all age groups.
The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is strictly time constraint.
Participants are not allowed to not carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the local guide before and after the activity.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.

The driver was extremely clued up on the routes to take and the best possible way to all the monuments. We felt safe and comfortable. The car was clean and it was a thoughtful gesture to keep a bottle of water and tissues in a basket. My only issue was the extra charge that I had to shell out coz I was picked up from my house. This was taken because we had exceeded the kilometres. Although we were dropped off within the timeframe mentioned in the app.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

30% of the booking value will be charged as a rescheduling fee in case if the customer wants to reschedule their booking.
