Aquatic Island Resort is India's first floating resort which is built in the 30-acre expanse of backwater which is surrounded by the greenery of mangroves, paddy fields, and tall coconut palm trees.

My family and I had booked a stay at the Aquatic Island Resort in Kochi from Thrillophilia, and this place is very beautiful and tranquil. The staff here is extremely polite, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend coming here with your family for an even better holiday experience. Great offer by Thrillophilia too.

Highly recommended for everyone. I was with my friends and we really had a great time at the resort, along with tasty food we also took a boating trip. Overall it was an amazing experience. Location of the resort is very beautiful and the room was very beautiful and the interior was excellent.

Aquatic Island Resort Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Any booking rescheduling in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Thrillophilia reserves the right to cancel a booking in event of unforeseen situation, covid threat and guests safety reasons.

Any booking cancellations in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the travelers may opt for alternate dates or refund.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
