Know Before You Go for Aqua Planet Jeju Tickets
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Please note that you cannot re-enter Aqua Planet Jeju once you have left.
- The aquarium is open 10 AM - 6 PM with the last entry at 5 PM. Some other facilities such as the food court could also be closed.
- Participants are not allowed to bring their pets or carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
- This offer is not valid for visitors that are part of groups accompanied by official staff members such as drivers or tour guides or organized/private tour groups.
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited.
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue.
