The homestay offers 2 types of rooms- Coffee Bungalow and Coffee Bean Club Room. The rooms are built on a coffee theme and have decor and furnishings that are subtle with cotton fabrics, bamboo, wood, and cane. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed, Led TV, an attached bathroom, closet, and a lot more. All the rooms have balconies with views of the landscaped slope, the trees, plantation, and pool.

An open to the air lobby is situated beside the road with a seating arrangement. Above the lobby is the resorts multi-cuisine restaurant with a splendid view of the surrounding vegetation,

Border hiking: Get along with this day-long adventure hiking along the borders of Periyar Tiger Reserve, the route passes through altitudes ranging from 900 to 1300m where the trekkers can glimpse the vast stretch of Cumbam valley below.

Jungle Trek: This is a night trek on the fringes of the eco-development zone of the Tiger Reserve in the company of armed guards.
