A Sea Facing Private Villa In Trivandrum Policies

The booking confirmation voucher shall be provided within 24 hours of booking based on availability at service provider's end.

In event of unavailability, an alternate option shall be proposed for traveler's consideration, or alternatively, the traveler may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 5-7 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in traveler's thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 7 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 7 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling/relocation charge.

No booking relocation/change of home will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Any booking rescheduling in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Thrillophilia reserves the right to cancel a booking in event of unforeseen situation, covid threat and guests safety reasons.

Any booking cancellations in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the travelers may opt for alternate dates or refund.

If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
