The estate is located on left amid a vast spread coffee plantation while heading towards the St. Thomas Church from St. Antonys Church on the Perumal Malai Road. Along with a stream flowing nearby, the Kodaikanal Lake is also at a considerable distance from the Estate. Perched amid nature and away from the hustle of city lives yet, the Estate is easily accessible from Kodaikanal town.

Enjoy a gazebo with breathtaking views of mountain-tops covered with fog & seating arrangements along with a chair swing in the garden to enjoy an evening with a bonfire. The gazebo house has a decorated open space under the shade with a comfortable sofa, chairs, coffee table, rugs & cushions to lounge and enjoys the pleasant weather that compliments the aura of the estate. Not-to-miss an in-house library stocked with 200 books in the collection, a classic dining space inside, and 2 friendly pet dogs to spend time with; make this stay a complete package of dream stay.

Activities & experiences-

Birdwatching- Spot 30-40 species of birds while hiking amid woods & if the chance is, you might end up spotting a herd of Elephants & bison or mouse deer also. (DIY i.e. Do it yourself.)

All common spaces, rooms and bathrooms will be disinfected before check-in with industrial-grade disinfectants.

Switches, handles and furniture will be sanitized with industrial-grade phenolic disinfectant.

The kitchen and sink area will be disinfected with Dettol multi-purpose disinfectant spray, lime and vinegar.

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
Any breakage or damage of any items in the villa will be charged at actuals.
