KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop a digital marketing strategy for Thrillophilia and its partners by analyzing key indicators, observing trends in supply and demand, recognizing clients and their existing and emerging needs, and tracking competition.
  • Plans and implements all aspects of the campaigns, not limited to web, OTT, influencer-led marketing, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies by digital marketing and convinces clients in the same way with the creative team
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Optimizes user funnels by identifying important conversion and drop-off points.
  • To ensure that campaign reporting is accurate and well-written, using the appropriate metrics.
  • To be proficient with social media analytics to derive insight-driven learnings to optimize communication
  • To exemplify with data and analytics tools suggestions to improve/fine-tune the communication strategy.
  • To well versed with Social listening to actively use them for better performance and competition analysis.
  • To organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • To build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
  • To stay up to date with digital technology trends.


PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Marketing bachelors or masters degree or relevant work experience
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of digital landscape
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience


PREFERRED SKILLS:


  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technologies with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent understanding of websites and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Awareness of how to set up and manage Google Adwords campaigns
  • Skilled in Influencer led campaigns or community-building activities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiations skills.

  • Adaptive, agile, collaborative
