Leading the team based out of Bangalore region and providing hands-on mentorship and on-the-job training to a team of Business Development Associates.
Scouting for new possible business avenues, liaisoning with partners and striking lucrative deals without compromising on the product quality to expand our base in the region.
Conducting, overlooking and evaluating regular Quality Audits to implement process improvement and training plans for operators and ensuring best customer experiences.
Conducting periodic reviews to identify any possible bottlenecks in the existing processes, in order to systematize existing and create new efficient processes.
