Dagshai Jail MuseumThis is a Jail turned to a museum which was built in the British Raj, It is also interesting to know that Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of Our Nation, has spent a day in this jail! The structure has 54 cellular cells, out of which 16 cells were used for severe punishments Solitary. These cells were hardly ventilated and there was no source for natural light.3. Dagshai CemeteryThis Cemetery is famous for its eerie tales and for the grave of Mary Rebeca Weston which has a beautiful structure over it, arranged by her husband Major George Weston. 4. Dagshai Church A beautiful church in the small town of Dagshai, It is famous for its beautiful wall paintings and the surreal views around it.5. Mall RoadThis is a much-loved exception to the otherwise quiet Kasauli. While most areas in Kasauli are off-beat, one must not miss this colourful hustle-bustle of the town. The market is at its vibrant best during early evenings and a stroll here is highly recommended.

It enlivens passengers as it gradually winds its way steeply upwards along the narrow track, through the rugged mountain and pine forests.A toy train ride gives you the most scenic splendor in Kasauli. This toy train Kasauli is one of the three such trains still functioning, the other two in Ooty and Darjeeling. While in Kasauli you can board the train from Dharampur up to Barog station and return. It is a one hour ride through the pine forest and long tunnels. It can be a lifetime experience. The railway was declared a heritage by the Himachal Pradesh government in 2007, and in 2008 it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the other Mountain Railways of India. When you are in Kasauli you must not miss the toy train ride.How to Reach Kasauli Toy Train Boarding Point?Dharampur Railway Station is around 10 km away from the Kasauli bus stand. Either public or private transportation can be availed to reach the location.
