The Big Tree, Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls National Park, located on the Zimbabwean side of the renowned Victoria Falls, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The park centers around the spectacular waterfall, locally known as "Mosi-oa-Tunya" or "The Smoke That Thunders," where the Zambezi River plunges over a 108-meter-high cliff, creating one of the largest waterfalls by width and volume.

The David Livingstone statue near Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe honors the legendary Scottish missionary and explorer. Perched on a rocky outcrop within the Victoria Falls Rainforest, the statue overlooks the magnificent waterfall, symbolizing Livingstone’s historical connection to the site. He was the first European to document the falls in 1855, naming them "Victoria Falls" in honor of Queen Victoria, though they are traditionally known as "Mosi-oa-Tunya," meaning "The Smoke That Thunders."

Danger Point at Victoria Falls is a thrilling viewpoint offering breathtaking, panoramic views of one of the world’s largest waterfalls. Located on the Zimbabwean side of the falls, this spot lives up to its name due to its precarious location near the edge of the gorge. Unlike some other viewpoints, Danger Point lacks railings, providing visitors with an unobstructed, awe-inspiring view of the cascading water and the churning Zambezi River below.
