• It is recommended that you purchase your INFINITY Attraction tickets in advance to avoid last-minute hassles and waiting times at the walk-in counters.
• If you require wheelchair access, you would need to book your tickets at least 24 hours in advance.
• Children under the age of eight years are not allowed inside INFINITY, while those under twelve years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.
• The INFINITY experience is strongly not recommended for those who extremely fear darkness, including babies, as the lighting within the rooms is very low.
