No. Visitors are not required to bring their gear. It is mandatory to wear the gear given by the management of the Dolphin Bay.

What are operational days and timings of Dolphin Bay?

Dolphin Bay is open 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday between 9:30 A.M – 5:30 P.M

Is it allowed to take pictures inside the Dolphin Bay?

Visitors are allowed to carry cameras inside the Dolphin Bay. But they are not permitted inside the attractions/water. Friends or family members, who hold observer passes, are permitted to click pictures from the edge of the pool.

What if we do not reach on scheduled time?

If you do not reach the Dolphin Bay on time, the organization sells the ticket to others in the waiting list. Dolphin Bay will not refund or reschedule if you do not check-in at stipulated time.

Is wet suit or swim vest provided?

Dolphin Bay provides either a wet suit or swim vest to all guests, who participate in the interaction. All guests are ordered to wear a wetsuit or swim vest given by the management for the safety of the animals.

Is scuba diving certification required for scuba diving?

A valid scuba diving certification is mandatory for participation in the interaction. Guests are required to present original dive certification before check-in.

Marine mammal specialists conduct a 15-minute orientation program to participants on dos and don’ts of the activity and behaviour of the animals.

Yes. Only persons with an age of 15 years and above are permitted to take part in Scuba diving.

While there is no restriction on the age limit of the children for entering Dolphin Bay, each interaction has stipulated certain age limits for partaking in them.\- Dolphin Encounter – Kids of all ages can take part.- Dolphin Adventure – Children must be 8 yrs old.- Royal Swim – Minimum age limit of Kid should be 12 yrs.- Dolphin Scuba Dive – At least 15 yrs old can take part.- Dolphin Snorkel – 8-year-old kids are allowed.
